  • Coffee Foundation Pop-up + Community Connection on Tuesday at Cospire. A special morning of connection as Damien O’Brien shares his story and passion behind the Coffee Foundation, the trademarked brand campaign from The Mental Health Association followed by ‘speed connecting’ with members from the community. You will have the opportunity to taste the ‘Fighting Stigma’ coffee as Damien presents his “Call Us Crazy” journey and explains the current mental health statistics in Switzerland as well why he and his wife Damaris created this foundation that aims to destigmatize mental health and mental illnesses.
  • Les Printemps de Sévelin (March 5-23, Théâtre Sévelin 36): A contemporary dance festival featuring performances and workshops that push creative boundaries. This event brings together international choreographers and dancers to showcase their work.
  • Café de Grancy reopens on March 5! Come celebrate with raclette and beers (Brasserie Hoppy People) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Monthly Women Entrepreneurs Meet-up on Thursday morning organized by Becky Guldin and hosted at Cospire Coworking. This event is open to all women entrepreneurs who are looking to network and grow their businesses.
  • Apéro Tricot on Friday for Little Maille shop birthday party. To celebrate the 6th anniversary of their shop, you are invited to a giant knitting apéro and it's free. Bring your knitting, your questions, your good vibes and join the team for an evening (from 6.30 p.m to 9 p.m).
  • Rencontres 7e Art Lausanne (Think Cinema) (March 7-16; various venues, including Cinéma Capitole). An international film festival with screenings, discussions, and masterclasses focused on the art of cinema.
  • Plateforme 10 teams are committed to integrating and promoting social debates at the heart of museums. The MCBA, mudac and Photo Elysée are offering a special program to celebrate International Women's Day (Tuesday to Saturday). Free, no registration required.
  • We Are Merely Players: a weekend of 3 short play performances by Village Players English Theatre Production. All directors are from the Lausanne area, with casts from around the world putting on quite distinct playlets.
  • Find the iconic dancers from “Dancing with the Stars” in the new show “Bonne Nouvelle” by D'Pendanse at Metropole on Sunday.
