  • An Evening with Claude Nicollier (Tuesday ,September 8) - Meet Switzerland’s first astronaut at the Musée Olympique for a rare glimpse behind the scenes of an extraordinary career spanning four Space Shuttle missions and the Hubble Space Telescope. Expect stories from orbit, lessons in precision and teamwork, and a fascinating look at what comes next for humans in space.
  • Okilélé (September 9, 12 & 13) - A little tale with a big heart, Okilélé explores difference, rejection and acceptance through a playful 40-minute show made for young audiences aged four and up. Catch one of seven performances at Le Petit Théâtre — a sweet introduction to theatre, and a lovely family plan for the weekend.
  • Bachata & Mojito (Friday, September 11) - Turn up the heat at Brasserie de Montbenon with an evening of bachata, mojitos and South American summer vibes. Get your hips moving with a free beginner-friendly class from 5pm, then settle into DJ Nino, colourful cocktails and food-truck bites in the park.
  • TR/ST live at Les Docks (September 11) - Dark, brooding electro is coming to Les Docks as Canadian project TR/ST brings its atmospheric sound to Lausanne. The perfect Friday night for anyone who likes their beats a little darker.
  • La Cité des Créateurs (Saturday, September 12) - Take a stroll around Lausanne’s Cathedral and discover more than 50 local makers showcasing everything from jewellery and textiles to design, micro-editions and upcycled treasures. With food trucks, local drinks and plenty of spots to pause along the way, it’s the perfect Saturday wander for a little creative retail therapy.
  • Docteur Gab’s 25th Anniversary Party (Saturday, September 12) - Lausanne’s favourite craft beer docs are hitting the big 2-5, and they’re throwing a proper party to celebrate. Head to the brewery in Puidoux for cold pints, house beats from Riviera collective Move to the Sound, and a seriously tempting lineup of food from Eleventh Floor and Ma Poutine.
  • À la découverte des vendanges (September 12) - Swap the city for the vines and get your hands dirty at Domaine La Colombe in Féchy, where you’ll pick your own grapes before heading to the press to make — and take home — your very own bottle of wine. It’s a hands-on day in the vineyards for all ages, with Be! Popcorn to keep you fuelled during the day.
