- OCL: Grand Concert 1 (Wednesday) - The Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne kicks off its Grand Concert series with an evening of classical favourites, including Mozart, at Théâtre de Beaulieu. Expect 1h35 of beautiful music, an interval included — a polished midweek cultural outing for the concert hall crowd.
- Chocotreck (September 17–26) - Lausanne is getting a whole lot sweeter with Chocotreck, a chocolate crawl bringing together creations from 10 local chocolatiers. Grab your 30 CHF pass, plot your route and spend the next 10 days tasting your way around the city — because apparently, one chocolate shop is never enough.
- Vernissage at MAF: Fragments of Intimacies & Cartographie des possibles (Thursday) - Discover two new exhibitions by Lausanne artists at the Musée Artistes Femmes, opening from 6pm. Christelle Kahla’s Fragments of Intimacies explores the body through fragments of lace and textiles, while Hélia Aluai’s Cartographie des possibles draws on the Tarot de Marseille for 22 evocative engravings.
- CreativeMornings Lausanne: Bradley Betts on “Current” (Friday, Théâtre de Vidy)- Start the morning with South African rower and coach Bradley Betts, whose rowing journey began at 13 and has taken him around the world representing his country at U23 and Senior World Championships. Now based in Lausanne, where he works in tech and coaches at Rowing Club Lausanne, Bradley will share his perspective on “Current” — a morning of stories, inspiration and creative connections.
- Friday just got a little more delicious: Le Pains Lausannois will be popping up at Ferme de Rovéréaz and Ackermann Artisan (Sallaz) every Friday from September 18. The best part? The wheat is grown, milled and baked right here in Lausanne — truly local bread, the kind that makes a weekend breakfast feel instantly more special.
- Cuno Amiet – Les Quatre Saisons (starting September 18) - Four seasons, one exhibition: discover Cuno Amiet’s vibrant take on changing landscapes, light and colour at the Musée d’art de Pully. From autumn’s first hints to the depths of winter, it’s a beautifully seasonal way to spend an afternoon just outside Lausanne.
- Label Suisse Festival (Friday-Sunday) - Lausanne goes full Swiss music mode as Label Suisse takes over the city centre with more than 60 concerts spanning everything from ländler and yodel to electro and trap. With every show free to attend, it’s three days of discovering the best of the Swiss scene — just plan your must-sees, because there’s a lot to choose from.
- Galerie Pop-Up (Saturday, Av. de Tivoli 5) - A fresh dose of art and creative energy to the city. Keep an eye out for the latest works and discoveries from the local creative scene.
- Biennale In Situ (September 10–19) - Hospitality takes centre stage at this multidisciplinary biennale, bringing together opera, screenings and late-night encounters around Iphigénie and other original works. Head to Espace Amaretto for eight dates ranging from early-evening performances to nights stretching well past midnight — including one that goes all the way to 4am.
- Raclette sur le Léman (Saturday) - Melted cheese, mountain views and the gentle rhythm of the lake — it doesn’t get much more Swiss than this. Climb aboard a CGN boat for a raclette cruise on the Léman, pairing an all-time comfort-food classic with a seriously scenic evening on the water.
- La Croisière Tricot (Sunday) - Calling all Lausanne knitters: bring your knitting aboard and settle in for a cozy afternoon on the lake. Swap stitches, stories and good company as the boat cruises through the Riviera — because every lake view is better with a ball of wool in hand.

- Images Vevey (September 5–27) - Vevey becomes a giant open-air gallery as Images Vevey brings photography into the streets, parks and unexpected corners of the city. Wander from one installation to the next and discover bold contemporary work against the backdrop of the lake — a perfect excuse for a Riviera day trip with your camera roll at the ready.
- À la recherche du Magicien d’Oz (September 9–21) - Follow the yellow brick road to Château de Vullierens for an immersive take on The Wizard of Oz where the audience becomes part of the adventure. Help Dorothy find her way home through a magical world of witches, Munchkins and the mysterious Wizard — a family-friendly experience for little ones aged five and up.
- Parfois, la nuit (September 3–19) - Step into the strange and dreamlike world of Parfois, la nuit at Villa Moyard in Morges, where Charlotte Aeb, Roxana Savin and Nella Stücker blur the line between reality and fiction through photography, video, sculpture and textiles. Alongside the exhibition, a special weekend of nocturnal readings and writing workshops explores everything from personal myth to fantastical fiction.
