The 3rd edition of JORAT, MANGEZ-MOI! invites you to two weeks of delicious and cultural discoveries in the heart of the Jorat region. The festivities begin on March 15, 2026, with a brand-new highlight: the Jorat Local Produce Festival at Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, featuring a farmers’ market, tastings, regional specialties, entertainment for all ages, and more.
From March 15 to 29, restaurants, producers, artisans, and cultural partners across the region will showcase local flavors through special menus, workshops, tastings, walks, and unique experiences — a true celebration of the region’s terroir and creativity.
