Wondering what's going on in and around Lausanne? Check out our picks for this week:

  • D! Club 30th Anniversary: The D! Day (Monday) - D! Club is turning 30, and it’s celebrating with a big anniversary night featuring Stress, Al-Walid and more. Expect a proper birthday party at one of Lausanne’s best-known nightlife spots.
  • Moving Music Series: LUM & Pat Burgener (Tuesday) - A free night of live music is coming to D! Club Lausanne, with two brilliant Swiss artists, LUM and Pat Burgener, taking the stage. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis — so grab yours while they last.
  • Comedy Club 13: French Stand-Up (Wednesday) - Ready for some midweek laughs? Head to Comedy Club 13 for an evening of French-language stand-up, with shows at 8pm and 9:30pm.
  • Autumn Floral Workshops in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne (Wednesday-Friday, Donaflor). Choose from three autumn-inspired workshops: Rêverie d’automne, Lueur d’automne or Trésors d’automne. Each session runs from 5–8 PM and costs CHF 85 per person, per workshop.
  • Japanese afternoon Tea by OSIO (Saturday-Sunday). OSIO’s much-loved Afternoon Tea is back for its fourth edition, bringing a Japanese twist to the classic tea-time ritual. Expect a beautiful spread of six savoury Japanese bites and 17 sweet treats, paired with your choice of two teas or coffees — all served in OSIO’s pâtisserie-salon de thé in Prilly. Reservation needed.
  • Fête de la courge (Saturday) – Ouchy is getting into the Halloween spirit with a festive autumn afternoon featuring pumpkin-decorating workshops, Halloween disco, storytelling and kids’ activities. Expect seasonal treats, traditional pumpkin soup and family-friendly fun at Lausanne’s CPO. Entry is free, with some workshops requiring a reservation.
  • 33rd Lausanne Marathon (Sunday) - Lace up for this annual sport event with runners taking on everything from shorter races to the full marathon along the lakeside. Not a runner? Head to the Bellerive area to cheer from the sidelines and soak up the race-day atmosphere.
  • Have you ever tried a brisolée? It’s one of our favorite fall traditions. Caveau Corto in Grandvaux is hosting their annual brisolée with the best views from Friday to Sunday.
