Tucked into a small storefront on Rue Caroline, Isaac Isaac is more than a streetwear brand. Yes, you'll find hoodies, beanies, t-shirts, and baseball caps with bold graphic logos, photos, or the brand’s signature motto, For the good times. But behind the flower emblem—somewhere between a daisy and a four-leaf clover—is a story of love, loss, and resilience.
Isaac Isaac is the legacy of Isaac Greuter, a 15-year-old boy who was tragically killed in a car accident in 2023. Five teenagers, one borrowed car, and a single irreversible moment—Isaac didn’t make it home. The accident, referred to by local media as the “Savigny Drama,” shook the community. But it also sparked something powerful.

After the accident, Isaac’s mother, Fariba, found a sketch among his things: his name surrounded by stylized flowers. Isaac had always loved design—streetwear, skate culture, rap. He dreamed of becoming a fashion or graphic designer. In his honor, Fariba printed a t-shirt with his drawing for his classmates to wear at graduation. It was meant as a tribute, but it soon blossomed into something more.

Fariba speaks of reverse heritage—bringing to life the dreams her son never got the chance to pursue. She began working with a graphic designer to expand on Isaac’s original logo. As a photographer herself, she incorporated her own imagery into the designs, creating wearable tributes that are as emotionally rich as they are stylish.

Isaac Isaac quickly caught the attention of the city. In May, the brand teamed up with FC Lausanne-Sport—Isaac’s favorite football club—for a limited-edition collection. LS described the collaboration as “a vibrant tribute to Isaac, but also a strong message to young people: believe in your dreams, stay true to your values, express yourself, surround yourself, and above all, take care of yourself and others.”

Step inside the shop, and you’ll feel it. There’s a steady stream of teenagers—some browsing, some charging their phones, others just dropping by to say hi. Most of them are wearing at least one piece from the collection. They come for the clothes, yes, but also for Fariba. For the energy. For the love that built all this.

Isaac Isaac is a brand anchored in hope, not grief. It's about community, creativity, and carrying dreams forward.
So stop by. Say hi to Fariba. Ask her about Isaac. She’ll tell you about his plans—and how she's making them real.
