A mother-and-son duo brings decades of culinary experience, including 21 years at Hôtel de Ville in Vuillierens, where their perch fillets became legendary. Even as the commune ended their lease for major renovations, their passion for cooking never wavered. Their philosophy is simple: fast service should never compromise quality.
Comforting hot dishes shine here, inspired by traditional brasserie recipes and reimagined in Delafood’s style. Generous and slow-cooked, these plates let taste do the talking. Open with continuous service from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., we stopped by for a late lunch and couldn’t resist the risotto- an explosion of flavours with earthy porcini mushrooms. With limited seating, reservations are recommended.
We also took home their famous perch fillets and the braised beef “Boeufs des Brasseurs,” and we’re already looking forward to next season’s menu. Salads aren’t just a side—they’re full meals, generous and delicious, with almost all salads and desserts gluten-free.
Desserts, from tiramisu to cookies, perfectly combine pleasure and authenticity, crafted to make every bite comforting and memorable.
