To bring the Levant and Western Lausanne closer together, the Auberge du Chalet des Enfants and the Brasserie de Montbenon will roast three Vaud lambs over a wood fire!
To accompany these “shawarma” with a local sauce, the Guinguette de Vidy also invites the winemakers of the Salon DESALPES and their natural wines.
