Learn to Brew Beer (Beginner)

Come discover and learn the joys of homebrewing with the Lausanne Homebrewers Association (L’Association Lausannoise de Brassage Amateur “ALBA”). In the class you will see a brewday from grain to the fermenter. You will be asked to prepare the grains, water, and hops. There will be an opportunity to get involved, stir things, taste the beer at stages you’ve never tasted it and get a little dirty. You will be able to ask Lucille (ex-brewer from La Brasserie du Jorat) and Camille (President of ALBA and sommelière de bière) every question about brewing imaginable. At the end of the day you will leave with the fruits of your efforts – you just need a little patience and time to let the yeast do its job.
